Puteri house.....

Adui, lama berkurun tak hapdet! bak kata teh ini macam jgn bukak blog buat buku log aje! Huhuhu! Pergi ppd tadi hantar borang protim. Keluar lambat sikit. Mana taknya, my house is leaking. Mencik! Can u imagine air kuar ikut celah2 tiles tuh kat bawah tv cabinet. Mau mereput kayu tv aku tuh. Panggil developer suh tengok-tengokkan. Hati ku tak senang nak ke selayang duk mikir kang banjir pulak umah aku. Si india nih bilang harus korek lantai nak tengok paip bawah tanah tu pecah ke tidak! What??? nak korek ruang tamu rumah aku?? N it's not going to finish in a day, man! Dengan si kecik dua beradik ni. Mau berabuk berasap rumah aku. Tensi!

This is something about the house too. I saw something nice on the wall. I bet korang tahu lah anak dara aku tuh telah menulis dengan jayanya di dinding umah. I talked to her and asked? Kenapa kakak conteng dinding? She replied me back. Kakak bukan conteng tapi kakak tulis aje. Nampak tak tu huruf b dengan huruf p. Aku macam stunning sikit. Bila masa dia kenal huruf nih? Memang lah tak cantik tapi ada laaa iras2 huruf p and huruf b. that's one thing. Since she talked a lot, sometimes aku saja je buat2 bertekak dengan dia and she always replied me back brilliantly. Kids nowaday!

Aku memalam selalu makan pil perancang and dia selalu tengok. Satu hari tuh dia tanya aku! Ibu makan ubat tu tak nak kasi mengandung ke? dUSH! Soalan memang tahap dewa sungguh! Yang si kecik nih pun boleh tahan gak! Sekarang ni dah pandai push up his chest. Macam nak angkat badan. Tak lama lagi confirm merangkak nih!

Puteri house.....

I've been neglecting my blog since a couple of weeks ago! But i really materialise it to the fullest. One more thing my broadband sux since i move in to this new place. Never mind! Quite far, ok! It took me merely 1 hour to reach school and the cost is approx. RM15 per day and plus a few dollar for the toll. Luckily my colleague and i car pool every day. By the time i reached home, i am totally exhausted. The reason of not updating my blog!

Talking about the house, we did not do any major renovation. Pasang grill, kitchen cabinet yang biasa2 je because we really need to move in ASAP sbb rumah sewa kat Keramat dah tender pada owner. Fadzli dengan semangatnya pun dah cat dinding! Rajin plak dia! Hehehe....
Anyway, as long as the house is clean and tidy, i'm more than happy!

Progress...

i almost have to forget my trip to Sarawak bcos of one doc. refused to write a released letter for me to go onboard. Luckily, i got a saviour. Another doc. who is kind enough giving me permission to get on the plane tomorrow since nothing wrong with me. Hey, only i'm pregnant and don't treat me like i'm a convict! Fad said if happens my baby is a boy, he wants the baby to be named with the doc's name. Hehehe, ok gak tuh! What is the doc's name? Secret!

I have yet to decide what to buy from Sarawak. Pottery? Sarawak's mat? salted fish? Kek lapis Sarawak? I don't know.

Oh, the contractor is installing our kitchen cabinet today. I just can't wait to see. We managed to get all the lamps and fans for the whole house and the contractor do their jobs quite fast! I hope everything will be ready by next week then!

Remember about the compensation that I ever mentioned b4 about our house? The developer has to compensate us for almost 7k. That's it. Fad went to the developer's office to settle about this matter and hope we'll get the paycheque real soon.

Inspired by DD's color creation, i thought of painting our house too! But i really don't have any idea what color it should be? Our sofa + dining table is made of wood with red fabrics. Curtains? AyoH! Eri recommended someone, and curtains will be the last item i'll consider.

Okies, need to do some house chores and packing. We'll leave the house as early as 4 am to catch the earliest flight tomorrow so i better be going!!!

Korang suka tak perabot rotan? Ala2 rattan decor? Aku suka sangat. Tambah2 lagi interior design dengan warna suram. Macam cool je, ek! But then, laki aku tu tak suka, ok! Dia kata susah nak cuci, pastu nak kena jaga betul, etc. Oh well. Ada tempat nih kat Keramat dia jual set rotan together with dining set less than 5k. Mind you, the same set of sofa kat rattan decor dah 7-9k. Nih sofa and meja makan yang rangkanya made of authentic jati and ada siap alas kaca cuma 5k. Yang paling best kakak kedai tu sangat laaa friendly.....

I forgot nak snap2 photonya. Nanti lenkali singgah aku amik gambar. Since harga minyak dah mahal, and we're within our budget, perbelanjaan harus berhemah. F and i really looking up and down to have the best bargain of all the items that we bought, considering the quality too. So far, dah tempah kitchen cabinet and wrought iron grill. Cina tuh siap buat computerized sketches for our lil' kitchen. Nampak cute! (Perasan, ok!). Lampu, kipas, curtain pun dah pergi cari and jumpa kedainya. Lepas pasang grill baru boleh pasang lampu, kipas, curtain!

And as F said, hope than we can move in before our vacation to Kuching end of next month. Arhhh, pikir pasal trip ke Kuching ni pun satu masalah. Ada sapa2 boleh bagi mc dua hari tak? We all manalah boleh amik cuti, kan! Not entitled pun! Haru-haru!

Dahlah mengandung2 sarat gini nak ke Kuching. Masa booking dulu manalah nak tau pregnant, kan! Lately, kaki tangan badan semua sakit2. Kebas satu macam je. Mabuk loya pening muntah takde datang pulak dugaan nih. Muscle pain tuh toksah kiralah. Macam baru exercise bersukan bersenam je. Hari2 sebelum tidor duk ngurut kaki sendiri. Uhuhu....

Oh, ya! today i got something from my pupil's mom. Table clock from Anne Klien and a set of brushes from Fransesco Biasia. Entah bilalah aku nak pakai brushes nih untuk bermekap. Aku nih bab mekap terlampau nih memang malas. Agaknya, akak ni kasi sebab tengok aku nih duk berbedak je. Lipstik, blusher, maskara hapa pun tak pakai. Tihani nih seperti biasa duk ngacau nak main berus2 tuh. Siap amik berus untuk kening tuh duk sikat rambut barbie dia.

Another reminder from me, kalo korang pergi membeli barang from the mall. Please double check the price and and the price printed on the receipt. It happened to me few times. Normally it costs rm1-rm2 per item and often happened to the discounted items. Last time beli pampers, dekat display tunjuk 27.99 tapi bila cashier punched tunjuk 31.99. Kalau beli 3 pek pampers dah berapa kan? a few days back happened to F kat Giant and today it happened to me at kfc. i'm not being calculative or stingy or whatsoeva, it is about me being a consumer. After all, kalo hari tuh ada 100 orang terkena macam aku, senang2 je diorang untung atas angin. And they definitely refunds the amount yang korang query tuh!.

Finally, dapat tau jugak apa masalahnya...
Developer refused nak buat tangki tadahan air (betul ke nih?)
Yang sepatutnya setiap taman perumahan ada.

Patutlah aku dok pelik...
Sepatutnya area belakang umah aku tuh
Reserved utk buat benda alah tangki
Tapi tetiba pi buat deret umah lagi

Finally, after negotiation with the local authority
Depa benarkan developer guna tangki kawasan sedia ada
But they still have to built one for the sake of the residence
of Puteri house anyway......

Oh, and the penalty increase to 5k now.
According to the MD by end of the month
we'll get the key..
(Laki aku terus call Md dia. Hahaha!)

What else, after searching high and low
and our budget is extremely tight
we only go for grill and kc
Itupun dah 8.5K
Belum campur lampu2 and kipas2
Bak kata DD pasang lampu
n kipas kat kawasan nak idup je!

Ohoho... my mom said lampu2 chandelier
kat umah kampung dah dicabut
ganti ngan kipas ceiling..
Boleh rembat tuh!
Hahaha.... Terukkan!

But I'm happy sbb manage to save
money for me/Tihani and my mom.

Bila dah cukup boleh pi Haji, AMIN!

Oh, well! I really envy you guys! DD and Eri had their new house key already. Our Puteri House ..... hmmm .... Haku pun tatau laaa! Umahnya dah siap! Syabas ni lum masuk2 air lagi walaupun tender tu dah approved. Laaa nih dah extended about 3 months. Sooo laaa mafannya!

Ehehehe. Cuti ari tuh memang sebetul2 cuti laaa. I didn't vote due to technical error. Erkk! I feel guilty u know! Itu parti has swept away most of parlimentary seat kat area kl nih. No wonder laaa masa a few days before election penuh jem sakan sri gombak memasing pi tgk ceramah DSAI and Azmin eventhough hujan lebat maha hebat and people was tak berganjak2 duk nengok skrin layar besar tu.

Anyway, yang menang tuh pepandai laa ya tunaikan manifesto seperti yang dijanji. Ehehehe...

Got this letter and i was excited. Read the RE: i thought we gonna get the house key soon.
